Rat-stravaganza June , 2009; 11am to 4pm There will be free informational displays and a free talk by Debbie "The Rat Lady" at the Sacramento SPCA (6201 Florin Perkins Road, Sacramento).  There will also be rat agility demonstations, door prizes, rat adoptions, booths selling rat supplies and collectibles, custom-made button pins (bring your own photos), a craft table and snacks on sale to benefit the Rat Assistance & Teaching Society (R.A.T.S.), a non-profit educational organization.
